The VOITY has a 1800 mAh battery that allows for 6-12 sessions per charge. The actual runtime depends on the frequency of use and the selected temperature settings.

The Voity is significantly more efficient and offers higher steam output than other devices at comparable temperatures. At level 1, the Voity delivers Voity °C (Cuboo: 160–170 °C), at level 2 185–195 °C (Cuboo: 175–185 °C) and at level 3 195–215 °C (Cuboo: 190–205 °C). In a direct comparison, the Voity produces Voity vapor and is more efficient at vaporizing herbs.

The VOITY offers three preset temperature levels:

• 175–185°C for smooth, aromatic puffs,
• 185–195°C for balanced evaporation,
• 195–215°C for an intense vaping experience.

During the session, the temperature rises slowly to ensure constant vaporization and maximum release of active ingredients. Control is intuitive via the 3-button control.

The herb chamber of the Voity has a capacity of up to 0.5 g of dried herbs, making it unique in its price range.

Thanks to USB-C fast charging, the VOITY takesless than 60 minutes to fully charge.

The vaporizer with the largest herb chamber in our range is currently the Voity it holds up to 0.5 g of herbs and is particularly well suited for intense sessions or longer use.

Behind it comes the with a filling quantity of approx. 0.25 g, and the Hammah has a chamber size of approx. 0.15 g.

To check the battery level of the Voity , you must first turn on the device (press the power button 5 times). Once the device is turned on, simply press the power button 4 times again. The battery level will then be displayed as blue bars.

5. What should I do if the steam becomes less dense?
If the steam becomes thinner, this may be due to the following reasons:

• Chamber clogged: Clean the chamber and mouthpiece to ensure air circulation.
• Herbs packed too tightly: Fill the herbs loosely so that the hot air can flow through easily.
• Increase the temperature: Check whether the set temperature is suitable for your herbs. A higher setting may help.
• Check the battery: A low battery level can affect the heating performance. Charge the vaporizer if necessary.

Your herbs are completely vaporized when:

• The steam becomes significantly less visible.
• The taste is less intense.
• The color of the herbs in the chamber is uniformly brown.

Note: If the steam or flavor diminishes, check the herbs and empty the chamber if necessary.

Yes, the VOITY is also suitable for microdosing thanks to its efficient heating technology. For best results, the chamber should be loosely filled so that air can flow through evenly.

However, our microdosing superstar, the HAMMAH , offers an alternative.

For the best vapor quality, we recommend brushing out the chamber after each session and cleaning the mouthpiece weekly.

For optimal performance, clean the VOITY regularly:

1. Cleaning the chamber: Remove any residue using the cleaning brush provided.
2. Cleaning the mouthpiece: Disassemble the mouthpiece and rinse the individual parts with warm water.
3. Allow to dry: Allow all parts to dry completely before reinserting them.

• Ensure that the battery is charged.
• Check that the chamber is inserted correctly.
• Restart the device by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.
• If none of this helps, submit an RMA request to us.

A slight build-up of heat is normal, as the ceramic chamber operates at high temperatures. However, if the device becomes excessively hot, switch it off and allow it to cool down. Consider submitting an RMA request.

When heated, temperatures of up to 215°C are generated inside the herb chamber, which is why the outside of the device may feel warm to the touch. However, the Voity designed in such a way that the materials used along the air path, especially in the mouthpiece area, have been carefully selected and installed to counteract excessive heat build-up.

That is the heating coil in the Voitythat cools the air duct. = normal. All Voity make this noise – it is completely normal and harmless and has no effect on the function or safety of the device.

This means that the battery is empty. Simply charge it, and the problem will be solved.

No, the VOITY is specially designed for vaporizing herbs and is not suitable for concentrates or oils. The RELICT with drip pad or the TERP PEN and the DAB PEN Mini.

Currently, it is not possible to Voity replacement mouthpiece. Please feel free to contact us atnorddampf and we will find a solution.
