1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is NORDDAMPF , Atlasstraße 3
27777 Ganderkesee, Germany, VAT: DE298164426, based in Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
2. Eligibility to participate
All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate. The departure for the trip is exclusively from Berlin. Travel to the departure point is not part of the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation period
The competition will take place as part of the Mary Jane 2025 trade fair in Berlin. The participation period begins on June 18, 2025, and ends on June 22, 2025, at 12:00 a.m.
4. Conditions of participation
Participation is by registering for the NORDDAMPF using the registration form provided. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
5. Prize
The prize is a trip to Barcelona (including flight and accommodation) for one person, as well as a guided Social Club Tour of selected cannabis clubs. The trip will take place over a weekend (Friday to Sunday). The exact dates will be agreed individually with the winner.
6. Notification and acceptance of winnings
The winner(s) will be notified directly after the end of the trade fair. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited without replacement and a substitute winner will be drawn.
7. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used by the organizer to run the competition and to send future newsletters. Further information on data processing can be found in the organizer's privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures, or impairments that make participation in the contest impossible.
9. Modification or termination of the "
" competition The organizer reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.
10. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
