Please note that the atomizer is a wearing part and, depending on usage, will need to be replaced over time to ensure an optimal vaping experience. However, proper care can extend its service life.

IMPORTANT: Be sure NOT to clean the ceramic heating chamber base with cotton swabs, only the edge of the heating chamber.

Why TERP PEN the heating chamber of my TERP PEN be cleaned completely?

The Terp Pen is a vaporizer with an atomizer that is a consumable item and needs to be replaced over time. The bottom of the heating chamber consists of a rough, slightly absorbent ceramic surface that is not completely smooth. This surface cannot therefore be cleaned completely free of residue – this is normal. To minimize residue, the TERP PEN should be burned out TERP PEN by heating it briefly without concentrate to remove any remaining residue.

A small piece, about the size of a grain of rice or slightly larger, is sufficient. It is best to place the material directly on the chamber floor so that it can heat evenly and vaporize optimally. This will allow you to get the most out of your TERP PEN!

Yes, it is completely normal for the chamber floor of the TERP PEN to discolor slightly over time. This is due to the heat and residues produced during vaporization and does not affect its function. In addition, the heating chamber has a rough ceramic surface. Residues tend to remain on this surface.

GOOD TO KNOW: The TERP PEN atomizer is a consumable item. Consequently, it must be replaced regularly.
