You can tell that your herbs have completely vaporized by looking for the following signs:
- Color: The herbs are no longer green, but have turned brown or light brown.
- Steam volume: No visible steam is produced, or only very little.
- Taste: The taste becomes significantly weaker or neutral, as the aromas have completely evaporated.
- Texture: The herbs feel dry and crumbly.
