Important information about returns
- Hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
For hygienic reasons, opened or used herbal vaporizers cannot be returned. This complies with legal regulations (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB). - Unused items:
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that the product is unopened and in a resalable condition. - Deductions from refunds:
We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund for returns if:- The goods show signs of wear.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- The packaging is damaged or missing.
How returns work
- Submit a return request:
Contact our customer service by email atnorddampf or via our contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. - Obtain return address:
After reviewing your request, we will email you the return address and further instructions. - Returning items:
Send the item securely packaged to the specified return address. Please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a defect for which we are responsible.

- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
- Deductions from refunds: If the goods do not arrive in perfect condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing parts), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. In this case, you will receive a detailed statement by email.
