Ordering & Shipping FAQ

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Germany. For international orders, it can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on the volume of orders, there may be delays.

If you would like to change the color or model of your order, please contact us as soon as possible atnorddampf. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make the change.

This could be because you already have a discounted item in your shopping cart. (Offer) Discount codes only apply to non-discounted items. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

With us, you don't actually need a customer account—you can easily place an order as a guest.

Unfortunately, PayPal prohibits companies that are in any way associated with cannabis products or accessories from using its payment platform. As some of our products fall into this category, we are therefore not allowed to offer PayPal as a payment option.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible atnorddampf. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.

In your case, the statutory warranty under German law governs the procedure. Here are the most important points:

Warranty period:

  • The statutory warranty period is 24 months.
  • Within the first 6 months, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, unless you can prove otherwise. After that, the burden of proof lies with the customer.

Priority of subsequent performance:
According to § 439 BGB (German Civil Code), the customer initially has the right to subsequent performance, which means that you can either:

  • repair the defect (rectification) or
    provide a replacement item (replacement delivery).
  • The customer cannot demand their money back immediately, but must give you the opportunity to remedy the defect.

Money back or reduction:
The customer may only demand a reduction in the purchase price (price reduction) or rescission of the contract (money back) if:

  • the subsequent performance has failed twice,
  • you refuse to provide subsequent performance or it is not provided within a reasonable period of time.

If you have only received part of your order, please contact us with your order number atnorddampf so that we can check the status of the remaining items.
